What better way to end the year than by remembering all our favorite music videos, songs, and interviews? Here is a look back at some of the best of 2013:
Best Song Ever – One Direction
One Direction actually has two videos on our list, but this bubbly anthem seemed like the perfect way to kick off our 2013 review.
Becky G. is Stylish, Awesome
Becky G. has been around for a while, but we discovered her this year when she was named a N.B.T. This stylish, fun, confident girl will have big things coming her way in 2014.
Roar (Lyric Video) – Katy Perry
We saw a ton of lyric videos this year, but this inventive, emoticon-filled video from Katy Perry is definitely one of the best.
Bridgit Mendler is on “Top of the World”
We loved getting to interview down-to-earth Bridgit about her shoot in Griffith Park, her travels, and her favorite videos to work on.
22 – Taylor Swift
Taylor is one of our favorite artists, and we love this video that showcases her real side. Even if you’re not 22 (we’re not), anyone can relate to the idea of not knowing quite where you’re going in life.
Two New R5 Songs and an Exclusive Interview Video
Earlier this year, we had the biggest R5 week ever on the blogs. Every day, Monday through Friday, we premiered new songs from Louder, and we ended the week with two songs and an exclusive interview. Not bad for the R5 fans out there.
Come and Get It – Selena Gomez
Come and Get It was one of the most infectious songs of the year, and this stunning, dramatic video just added to the fun.
The Stars of Disney Holidays Unwrapped on Their Favorite Holiday Traditions
Disney Holidays Unwrapped brought together so many of Disney Playlist’s favorite artists, and we were lucky enough to get to interview almost all of them for the blog.
Kiss You – One Direction
We started with One Direction, and that’s where we’ll end. It feels like good luck to us.
