My wife and I took our son and two daughters to Orlando, as a gift from my parents since I had never gone as a child. After arriving at the Pop Century resort early and waiting patiently for our room, we ate lunch while sitting in the car. Wouldn’t you know it, it was a Sunday afternoon and my car door wouldn’t close, so we couldn’t lock it! We were frustrated, to say the least, so we decided to tie the door closed and head to the Magic Kingdom, where hopefully our frustration would be turned to joy.
After visiting the clean restrooms just inside the kingdom, we were approached by a team member who kindly asked my daughters if they would like to meet a special friend. We were totally surprised when we followed her, to only find Cinderella behind the curtains. We had the opportunity to get our pictures taken with her, and this turned our day around and made it an extra-special trip. They will tell this story for many years to come.
After spending seven days at all the Parks, my children decided to save up their own money to get the opportunity to go to Disney again.
