Putting a Smile on a Teenager’s Face

Each time our family visits Walt Disney World Resort – which is quite often – we leave with special memories in our hearts and minds. About six years ago, we took my oldest daughter (who’s always loved the Disney Princesses) to the Park for her ninth birthday. During one of the parades, Belle (from “Beauty and the Beast”) saw the birthday pin on my daughter’s shirt, waved right at her, and mouthed “Happy Birthday!” My daughter had tears in her eyes and couldn’t be more excited!

Six years later, we took her again for her 15th birthday. (Even though she’s a teenager, she never fails to let the little kid out at Disney World!) Once again, Belle said “Happy Birthday” to her during the parade. This is surely something she’ll never forget – thank you Disney!
