‘Step in Time’ Behind the Scenes of Mary Poppins

49 years ago, Mary Poppins collected five Oscars at the 37th Academy Awards, including Best Actress honors for Julie Andrews and best Original Score for Richard and Robert Sherman. The film continues to be a remarkable success today and remains one of the most beloved Disney films of all time.

It took more than just a ‘spoonful of sugar’ (and many, many years, as depicted 2013’s Saving Mr. Banks) to produce this film, so we decided to take a look behind-the-scenes of #17 Cherry Tree Lane and the practically perfect world of Mary Poppins.
